Baldor AC Controls

Baldor offers several series drives including open loop, closed loop and V/Hz to 800 HP. Micro drive, washdown, pump and fan, and line regen vector drives are also available, as well as softstarts and dynamic brakes. Some drive series offer modbus ports in addition to the standard discrete, analog I/O, and operator interface. Models with Devicenet, on board PLC functionality and other open network connectivity are also available. Custom controls to 1500 HP can be built to customer requirements.

Omron JX/MX/RX Series Drive

Omron X-series drives offer your choice of V/Hz, open loop vector and closed loop vector control drives to 400 HP with modbus serial communications. Various model features include built in PID and energy saving mode. Microsurge voltage suppression functionality reduces motor burnout when using the drive with most general purpose induction motors. The drive is configured through the interface (removable for the MX/RX) and offers discrete and analog control I/O for easy interfacing. Open network connectivity options are available for connecting the drive to Omron or most any other brand of advanced PLC.
