Safety In-a-Box

“Machine Safety-In-A-Box” is a wired, enclosed safety controller configured for easy connection of field devices in new and retrofit applications. Safety in-a-box may be the easiest way to retrofit safety to a machine because only a few wires need to be run to the main control panel. Multiple combinations of field components can be interfaced to the standard design including scanners, light curtains, emergency stop buttons, door interlocks, or safety edges. Since 24VDC is supplied for the field devices, no conduit is required for field wiring and off the shelf cord sets can easily be run through the supplied cable gland.
