MCC offers turn-key motion control solutions and control systems design and build incorporating the product lines distributed and other prominent brands including Allen Bradley and Siemens.  Capabilities include design and build of custom control, drive, and special-use control systems from concept  to drawings, software development, build and start-up. 

When purchasing new is not an option either for budgetary reasons or because the drive or controller is no longer made, MCC offers prompt quality repairs of almost any brand automation component (Omron, Modicon, Siemens, Allen Bradley, and many more), and a repair exchange program for more common components, all through the Omron repair center. Standard repair cost is typically 45% of the cost of a new component.

Three levels of service are offered:

• Standard repairs are processed in approximately ten business days.
• Rush repairs are processed in approximately five business days, for a ten percent premium.
• Emergency Breakdown repairs are processed in one or two business days for a twenty-five percent premium.

No RMA is needed. You complete the service request form and send it with the failed components to the service center and the projected repair cost is quoted back to you. If you wish to have the component repaired, provide credit card information or issue a P.O. to MCC and work on the component will begin. If you decide not to repair, the component can be returned to you.

MCC represents Blow Press and offers application support for new and rebuilt presses, press control, and related feed, conveyor, sensing and machine safety systems.
