Omron's ZEN is available with and without display for
small-scale control applications where simple functionality and an economical
alternative to discrete timers, counters and general-purpose relays
is needed. Expandable to up to 34 I/O, units can be configured through
software or the front panel.

CP1L - The CP1L features 14, 20 30 or 40 I/O built in (expandable to 160 I/O max). 4 are high-speed encoder inputs and 2-high-speed pulse outputs. Programming is via onboard USB port, and optional RS-232C and RS-422A/485 serial ports can be added. Rated UL Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C and D for use in hazardous locations.
CP1H (pictured) - Fast, the CP1H includes 40 digital I/O (expandable to 320 I/O), high-speed counters, analog, motion and communications integrated into one package. Design also features built-in USB and peripheral ports and two-plug-in optional modules for either RS-232C, RS-422/485, or a display. Network communication capabilities include Profibus-DP , Ethernet, CompoBus/S and DeviceNet I/O.
The CP1L and CP1H can be configured with CXONE software, or the more limited CX Programmer Jr. software for use with Omron's micro PLC's only.
CJ2 - Fast CJ2 CPUs offer built-in Ethernet/IP and Tag-Based
Programming ( Includes all 5 IEC61131-3 programming languages) in a
"rack-less" design. For effective networking, CJ2 delivers high-capacity
data exchange between PLC's, HMI's and I/O devices to perform both explicit
and implicit messaging. Up to 400K steps program, 800K DM, 3.5 MB for
Function Block, Symbol and Comments. Uses CJ1 modules and supports up
to 3 expansion racks.
CJ1 – "Rack-less" design means no backplane since modules
lock together. Ultra-compact size for thinner control panels: 90 H x
65 D mm. Connectivity through Ethernet, DeviceNet, Profibus-DP, Controller
Link peer-to-peer, CompoBus/S and serially. Controls up to 2560 local
I/O, 32,000 DeviceNet I/O. Over 100 module types available.
CJ1 and CJ2 series PLC's are configured with CXONE software.
With over 200 types of I/O units offered, CS1 backplane/rack
based controllers support up to 5120 I/Os, 250K-step program memory
and 448K-word data memory. Process Loop Control CPUs handle up to 640
analog input/output points for processing applications. Supports continuous
path motion control or point-to-point positioning with high-speed sequencing
operations using special function I/O modules. Interfaces serially or
via Ethernet, Controller Link, DeviceNet, Profibus and Modbus.
CS1D
series variation is available for highly critical applications requiring
redundant CPU's and I/O.
CS1 series PLC's are configured with CXONE software.

Smartslice panel mount distributed I/O
Devicenet and Profibus expandable I/O modules with removable terminal blocks make wiring and configuration easy. DC inputs and DC or relay outputs are available along with encoder, thermocouple and analog inputs, as well as analog outputs. Open I/O: works with Omron and other brand controllers which follow the Devicenet or Profibus standard.
The WD30 wireless Devicenet master and slave stations wire to a standard Devicenet network to link with up to 64 Devicenet slaves via a 2.4 Ghz radio link. Up to 60 meter indoor range, which can be extended with additional hardware.
WT30 Devicenet slave stations (not shown) have similar packaging but
incorporate on-board discrete DC I/O rather than providing a cable connection
to external Devicenet I/O. A WT30 serial master station is also available.
Open I/O: works with Omron and other brand controllers which follow
the Devicenet standard.
ERT Series Block I/O: Ethernet IP
Machine mounted Ethernet IP I/O blocks can be configured with either a configuration tool or via a built in web server. Configuration includes setting each point for input, output as well as NPN or PNP operation. Open I/O: works with Omron and other brand controllers which follow the Ethernet IP standard.
DRT2 panel mount Smart Devicenet I/O
